As part of its Hunger Action Month celebration, Philabundance held its first annual agency appreciation event to celebrate its community partners. The Hunger Heroes brunch recognized eight outstanding organizations and presented each with a “Hunger Hero Award.”
Community Fund grantee Manna on Main Street was a recipient of the award for their efforts in addressing hunger by providing food, fulfilling social service and education opportunities, emergency financial aid, job training and more.
